I forgot my password. How can I recover it? icon open icon close

If you have an administrator or Las Torres team member account, click the “Recover Password” option on the sign-in page. Use your email address to set a new password. If you have a tour operator or other type of user account, contact your Las Torres counterpart to recover your password. You can also write directly to [email protected] or call +569 8357 9064 for support.

How can I change my account password? icon open icon close

After logging in with an administrator or Las Torres team member account, you will see your User ID next to the “My Files” button in the upper right corner. Click on it to access a drop-down menu that includes “Change Password.” Use your old password to set a new one. If you forgot your old password, you can also use the “Recover Password” option on the sign-in page to set a new one. If you have a tour operator or other type of user account, contact your Las Torres counterpart to change your password. You can also write directly to [email protected] or call +569 8357 9064 for support.

The search engine shows no results for my search. Why is this happening? icon open icon close

The image search engine is tag-based, so you need to enter terms or concepts related to the desired content. Do not search for long sentences or descriptions. As you type a word, the search engine will suggest existing tags to ensure you find content. If the search still does not yield results, it does not contain resources tagged with those words.

What should I do if the photo or video I want to use does not meet the usage requirements or restrictions? icon open icon close

Before using a resource, you must review each image or video’s usage (web, press, print) and restriction (commercial use, advertising, print) details. You must consult your Las Torres counterpart directly if you wish to use a resource outside of these specifications.

Can I modify the images and videos I download from the platform? icon open icon close

Yes. You may edit, resize and modify shared images and videos in alignment with the purpose for which they were shared.

If you need more resources than you can access on the platform, contact your Las Torres counterpart and request more resources. Once the update is confirmed, you will be able to view additional resources using the same account.
